Kulanu is chartered by the New York State Board of Regents as an independent non-profit institution and has nonpublic secondary school registration.

Kulanu Academy offers innovative educational programming for students with special needs from Middle School through the age of 21.

About Kulanu Academy

Kulanu Academy promotes inclusion by providing much needed services and community support to children with special needs and their families. Today, hundreds of children with and without special needs spend time together in social and recreational activities. The entire community benefits, by recognizing the lessons ALL of our children have to offer; patience, love, acceptance, and a celebration of each and every individual’s place in our vibrant community.

Kulanu’s educational programs provide individualized education along withvaluable therapies, vocational, and life skills training.
